By creating an account or using Histolearn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Histolearn is for education and training only. It is not a medical device or clinical decision support tool, and it must not be used to diagnose, treat, or manage any patient. Nothing in the service is intended to provide medical advice.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Some accounts or instructor-level access may require approval. You agree to provide accurate, current account information.

You may not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with or disrupt the platform, or use any content for clinical diagnosis or treatment decisions. Use Histolearn only for its intended educational purpose.

Instructors may upload or create educational course materials, annotations, quizzes, and related content. You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload patient-identifying information unless you have the proper rights and permissions to do so, and only ever use de-identified educational material.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://histolearn.com/en/privacy, which explains how we collect and use information.

You can request or perform account deletion at any time, in the app or at https://api.histolearn.com/delete-account. Some educational records may be retained where required by institutional or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued from time to time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

Histolearn, including its platform design, software, and branding, belongs to Axinvent AI Inc. Course materials remain owned by their respective rights holders, who are responsible for the rights to the content they provide.

The service is provided for educational use on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical workflow, and we make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of educational content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axinvent AI Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
